Hello PNMs! I just wanted to share a piece of advice: a chapter during recruitment is not necessarily how a chapter is on the everyday. I’m part of a lower mid/ bottom tier chapter and ngl I was disappointed when I opened my bid because I while I liked some of the girls in the chapter, the other chapter was higher on the totem pole and better recruiters and I felt like I vibed with them more. But I gave it a chance and I came to find that the same women who were kind of awkward during recruitment were actually really social and fun outside of recruitment. I love my sisters and my sisterhood and I couldn’t see myself anywhere else. Please please keep your minds open, recruiting is a really difficult thing to do well (you’ll find out next year) and recruitment is really forced and structures and doesn’t give you all that great of an idea what the chapter is really like Trust the system, I promise it’ll all work out!
