If you actually care about informing PNMs about tiers and ranks, at least make your own post instead of bumping a post from two years ago that’s soooo outdated it’s actually funny? And no I’m not going to post what I think is accurate, because I don’t think PNMs should be researching tiers and I won’t personally enable it. But if they are going to go into recruitment with bias, they should at least be seeing accurate rankings so they can be accurately biased.
