Sigma chi - very involved in the Greek community, but some of the guys are kind of douchebags Dchi- see and hear about them less and less each semester honestly. Phi Delt - become top this past spring but on the rise. There isn’t really a 4th top tier house unless you count Verdandi as a “frat” then they would be the same level as sigma chi.
