Don't join based on what you see here, join based on who you like during recruitment. As cliche' as it sounds: where you feel the most at home. I didn't even check greekrank until after I joined my chapter and I'm glad. Forget the tiers and the stereotypes and join where you truly feel like you'll make lifelong friends.
