Hey girl, just keep up that open mind throughout the whole process. There are pretty girls in every chapter and every chapter has its ups and downs. I've heard girls in top tier who love or hate it and girls in bottom who love or hate it. It's all about what you put into it and you need to trust the recruitment process.
