Middle tier Phi Delta Theta- let's hope these guys are ready to finally make it. They have everything they need to be able to go upper or top by next year. An official off campus house, their reputation isn't tainted, and their guys are solid. Pi kappa phi- they've been known for being goobs but every year their pledge class has gotten better. They win every philanthropy they do and are competitive. My bet is they do well during fall recruitment. Zbt- give them credit They always come up with huge pledge classes. They have some studs in the fraternity. But if their pledges classes turn out like the ones last year then they will be in the same position and reputation as the past years.
