No not at all! Truthfully my pledge class had a lot of sophomores (that's pretty common at USF), but it wasn't like there was a divide or anything, even with the couple of girls in my class that were juniors. If you make sure to come around the house and go to events (like IM games, sisterhood events, etc) you'll be more than fine, once you're spending time with all the girls it won't matter what year you are. I'm going into my senior year and a couple of my best friends are sophomores. Sororities are sisterhoods which are like families, so even if you have different relationships with different girls depending on age (like having a role model vs. your best friend vs. someone you mentor) you'll still be close with a lot of people! Sorry this is so long but I just want you to know you have nothing to worry about :)
