Personally, I am a girl and I have gone to each frat and their parties. I can honestly say that Sig Ep, Phi Delt, and Pike are really in right now. They are all great houses and it just depends on which house you like better, but those three are definitely at the top right now. Sigma Chi used to be really good until their chapter got caught in half last spring, so they are not that relevant anymore. The three houses i mentioned earlier are super fun though, good luck!
