While I'm not sure what the exact policy is with grad students, most of the sororities generally accept girls in their freshman or sophomore years. Occasionally I have head of upperclassmen joining a house. Generally grad students do not rush and I can imagine that they have a hard time fitting in with the younger girls. I hope that helps!
