Doesn't Chi O win Derby Days by writing a check at the last minute? They did that last year and this year. I am not sure if that has anything to do with winning. Anyone can do that. It is supposed to be a fundraiser. AOTT and Zeta raised a lot of funds with AOTT having the largest contribution until just like last year with a quick check at the end by another group. No comment.
