I think Fiji and Delt solidified themselves as top tier. Fiji pulled a good pledge class and will continue to throw good parties, and Delts pledge class has some really hot guys and will go hard as usual. Phikap isn't top tier yet just because of their random pledge class last year. Lambda.. Tbd. They'll always have a rep as top that will carry them through, even if this years pledge class turns out mediocre.
