Sororities at USD really just want women who will fit in with their chapter and they don't really take someone's class year into consideration, unless perhaps she was trying to go through recruitment as a senior or something. I'm guessing that most chapters would be excited that someone who recently transferred is trying to branch out and join an organization where she can have the opportunity to meet other people.
