Real Fraternity Rankings Top Tier: Lambda Middle Tier: Phi Kap & Delt Bottom Tier: FIji, Sigep and betta Lambda is clear top house, no one can even make an argument that they are not the top house. Phi Kap is probably the #2 in terms of what sororities think and Delt is # 3. FIJI is somewhere at Bottom Middle with being a brand new fraternity. Sigep is weird and Beta has the top GPA and the worst chapter at USD.
