theres 5 chapters that are looking to get established on campus. one of them has gotten into contact with ifc first so they’re either going to take the hill house or establish themselves in south o. their nationals does not want to take a city house though so nationals naturally prefers on campus housing. so, pitt is currently not giving anyone a priority for the house at all. no idea what pitt’s plan is, but they’re in no rush to give it out. all things considered, seems like they’re just going to let it sit for now
