first im very curious why u chose to ask on greekrank lol but i second living in oakland bc everything is right there (btw people will say "south oakland" but they really mean central oakland, south oakland is across the boulevard and kinda far away). however the quality of housing is not necessarily the highest here but not everywhere is bad
