DZ and Tri Sigma have always been the tops in my opinion, along with Tri Delta and Chi Omega, followed somewhat closely by Kappa and now Kappa Delta. Alpha Delta Pi is solid middle tier. The rest you can't really "rank" imo because they're all lower tier pretty much equally and they've all been changing since these rankings began.
