Falling- The Hall, SAE, PIKA, Phi Delt, Pi Kap, Pi Lamb, ZBT/SERP These fraternities are either The Hall, and got demolished during rush, or have consistently gotten below average pledge classes for what’s expected of them. The Hall got wrecked by DKE and Elmo, so I don’t see them as on the same level as where they were last year, but they’ll probably be fine come next spring. SAE continues to get small, average quality pledge classes, and despite throwing some good tailgates, are definitely fading towards the middle tier. PIKA is definitely still losing ground and fading deeper into the middle tier (I’d have them as upper middle and trending down still at this point), which is pretty sad to see as they are an Alpha Chapter. Phi Delt had around 20 guys show up for final hours, and got another low quality pledge class for what they’re used to. Pi Kap had even less guys than Phi Delt show up for final hours (I have a friend in there, and heard it was something like 15 people). Pi Lamb got a way smaller pledge class than last year, and needs to build up its numbers if it wants to stick around. Lastly, ZBT/SERP I threw on here out of consolation. I heard both took part in rush (at least I know ZBT did, but I’m not sure about SERP) and neither got a PC. So much for the ZBT recolonization effort.
