It's really first years only, man. If a second year squeezes in to a pledge class it's usually because one or more second-year brothers are already friends with the guy and are vouching for him big or because the guy is a Varsity athlete -- typically football, baseball, lax. I personally wouldn't waste your time if you're 2nd-3rd-4th year (unless you are 2nd year and friends with a lot of guys in a particular house). Just make good grades and join a good company or profession and make some money. Plenty of other good clubs and fraternal groups out there for working-adults, also.
