Top- elmo, dke, hall with hall sorta trending down Upper mid- kappa sig, SAE, KA, zete, phi psi, chi phi Mid - Sammy, Fiji, sigma chi, pika Lower mid - phi delt, beta, delta sig, sigma pi, phi society Lower - rest "Historically" pika and zete have been better but have slipped with their various issues with the school. There's a big upper mid as many of those houses are similar level with just different regional guys (KA - beach kids, kappa sig - Richmond/Texas, phi psi - NOVA, etc.) At the end of the day, the houses themselves all have a variety of a different people and often end up with cool people in every house. This is just one ranking and definitely don't make your decision based on arbitration rankings on a website
