General thoughts: Hall is cooler than DKE. Elmo is in trouble? Kappa Sig and SAE will always be cooler than Chi Phi. FIJI>Sigma Chi. Phi Psi gets all their glory due to their house and location. Theta Chi is going to get a lot cooler after its addition. Sigma Nu is very underrated. Delta Sig will rise if it can pull in more pledge classes like this year's. Pika is a ton of fun. Pi Kap will probably stay where it is. Is Serp going to lose its house? I really like the guys at Phi Society, they're super down to earth.
