While I agree that Chi Phi is slightly better than Phi Psi, I definitely wouldn't put them at #3. At all. If anything they're around the same level as Pika or SAE. Phi Psi is a bit better than Sami. While Sami is moving up and the two are starting to form party agreements and stuff, Phi Psi's reputation keeps them above Sami. Sig Chi is also higher than Sami, and Fiji is higher than Sigma Nu. KA should be much higher.
