I like Sami, but there is no way that it's on the same level as SAE or Chi Phi, not to mention you completely left out KA (amazing St. Patty's party). Sami's definitely moved up, but not that much. Same for Phi Society. Despite how much you dislike, Kappa Sig and KA, they will always be top tier right under DKE and the Hall because of Eli Banana. DKE/Hall Kappa Sig/KA/Elmo Pika/SAE - Either of these could go up or down a "tier" depending on personal preference Phi Psi/Chi Phi Sami/Phi Society (although based on parties I would put Phi Society a little lower) The rest.
