I have the opportunity to join SERP, and from what I've experienced as a first-year rushee, it's been an absolute pleasure. The guys and house seem like a good fit for me. I also have a few other lower/middle-tier houses in mind, so I'm not tied down by any means. On the other hand, I also care about reputation, which my research points to Serp's is not very good at all. I do not want to join a "rapey" fraternity. I have also heard some rumors of immense hazing, which I don't know whether to believe. Can someone chime in on this and comment on the overall quality of the brotherhood, as well as reputation and Greek relations/involvement? Anything will help as I try to finalize my choices.
