I'd recommend a nice boutique that's unique and high-end, with not too many locations. I'd avoid bigger chains like f21 and H&M just because they're noticeably cheap and poor quality. I'd also probably avoid places like urban and free people, just because you're gonna see those same dresses on a lot of girls and they tend to air on the side of casual and revealing. However, these are way better than f21 or H&M. Most importantly, I'd stay far far far away from Lilly. most actives wouldn't touch Lilly with a ten foot pole themselves (except for the planners lol), and you're 100% going to see the same Lilly dresses worn by lots of girls over the week, so you're better off without it. Lilly is expensive, and if you're gonna spend that kind of money on a dress, you should spend it on something unique that no one else is gonna wear. I know you think its the epitome of southern fashion, but trust me, just don't go there.
