Great listing overall, the one thing I would disagree with is for the lower mid you say most people can join but in reality a ton of people are still getting cut from those houses in rush as well as some of the frats you have listed as low. Descriptions still are quite accurate, best advice is to observe in the fall and rush a lot of different places to have as many options as possible
