these are quota additions, which is the amount the house was allowed to take over quota to ensure everyone gets a bid. You really can't judge anything based on this, because the higher ranked houses (Kappa, Theta, DDD etc) all have a much smaller list they are working with than the others that traditionally don't have as high a percentage of high PNM rankings because they cut more heavily early on. So it's only natural that they got the girls they wanted and didn't have to go over quota as the group they had was pretty much assured to go to those houses. You can't read anything into this statistic.
