This is it “ there simply weren’t enough girls willing to join greek life as a whole and instead got focused on “top tier”.” honestly “bottom” sororities aren’t doing that well, uva’s retention for pnms is awful because pmms care way more about rankings than actually making a connection with the houses that invite them back. At other schools, drop rates are way lower and it’s not because bottom sororities here are any different. it just sucks for those sororities who put in so much work just like all the others to make pnms feel welcome and love their sisterhood
