It isn't all about ranks for frat relations. Some frat/srats just have good relations and mix often like AXO/AEPi and KD/Beta. Also, you'll generally mix with a lot more than just 2-3 srats/frats. These listings just show who you mix with most often. Any good social chair will have you mixing at least once a week with a range of srats/frats.
