assuming this is about sororities - but almost definitely no. There’s a separate 2nd year + quota during recruitment, but there’s no such thing for informal (COB). In that case, sororities are almost exclusively going to offer bids to first years because they’ll be members longer (and nationals wants more money). If you’re a 2nd year, this is likely one of your last chances to join so I would encourage you to at least stick it out to prefs with your options.
