They are two completely separate and different organizations. It is true they are friends with each other and have similar names, but are different groups of girls. Dz is a little more relaxed and chill whereas dg is more classic srat vibes, they mix with some of the same frats but dg will also mix with some different ones like chi phi sae and ksig sometimes while dz will mix with some different ones like du and phi society.
