I rushed with a group of three gals as second years, two of us rushed before, the other one hadn’t. Me and my friend who had rushed were dropped by a majority first year. She had almost the exact same experience, with almost fewer houses and ended up dropping but I had a ton of houses even where I didn’t have connections ask me back and I had a great time. Our other friend is who had never rushed did great as well. Basically, it’s still a numbers game but it also depends on you! How have you changed as a person, do you know how the conversations will go so you can be prepared, do you have stylish outfits, do you have connections, etc. I’m glad I rushed again because I would have regretted not knowing if it might have worked out.
