Alpha Xi Delta had a chapter from 1987 until sometime in the '90s. The following houses closed and rechartered after several years of being dormant: Chi O: 1927-1965/1977 KD: 1932-1966/1978 SDT: 1981-1988/2011 Alpha Phi was "revitalized" in 2000 -- national made the whole chapter go alum because they were so bad, then recruited a brand-new chapter from scratch. Basically, a recolonization without pulling the charter.
