What exactly determines tiers? I keep looking at these lists but haven’t really been able to figure out what elements of each reflect tier. I’d assume it’s a combination of things but after being a few days into Rush and reading some of these discussions, it seems like these rankings are fairly arbitrary (looks, sociability, and philanthropy considered). Also, what are the social implications of being in a lower tier sorority at uva?
