according to another post on here, this is the list that was on the ISC website: Alpha Chi Omega Chi Omega Delta Zeta Kappa Delta Gamma Phi Beta Sigma Kappa So those chapters are definitely participating/participated, but I unfortunately don't have any info on who is still doing COBs. Sorry!
