1. Is it demand on the part of PNMs? Which I guess is another way of saying popularity. 2. Is it the profile of the girls in that sorority? Are they better, smarter, more likable, more involved, etc.? 3. Or is it something more superficial? Like looks, money, connections, etc.? Based on what I've observed, it seems to be #3. Which is odd that they would then be so in demand. Because unless you have the right look/money/connections, you'd probably be pretty unhappy in that environment or never able to be yourself. Ranking Tiers based on looks or money seems really shallow. But I might be reading it wrong.
