I asked a roughly similar question earlier today. People said that 1. It does really help if a friend is in the sorority, tell them you are interested in their sorority for sure. 2. There is apparently an email this is going to be sent out with the names of sororities who are looking to give COBs. But what I gathered was that it is more likely to go down the friend in the house you want route. I was dropped by my fave houses after house tours, so dropped out of the process as I didn’t click with my remaining houses.
