Can someone please clarify the Snap Bidding process? I thought Snap Bids are only given out up until the Bid Day activities at 3PM? Can a group give a Snap Bid out to someone as long as she hasn't opened her Bid Card? I also thought that you can only SB up to Quota. If you get two snaps, how long do you have to decide which invitation to accept?
