I used a coach and am in an upper mid tier. I’m so glad I had the help, I’m OOS and knew nothing about the whole recruitment process. I say if you need the help, get one. She gave me so much confidence. Anyone who thinks this is not a competition is crazy. There are only a limited number of spots in each seat. Sorry, but I did not want to be middle or lower tier. I would have dropped.
