IFC in general saw ridiculously low numbers this year in terms of overall kids rushing. With top houses making usual cuts in earlier rounds expecting similarly high pledge class numbers in the end, when final hours came around, the resulting individual PC's were all low for houses considered top and middle top. All 5 of the houses listed above took 15-18 pledges, if that speaks for anything.
