Can someone please clarify the Snap Bidding process? I thought Snap Bids are only given out up until the Bid Day activities at 3? Can a group give a Snap Bid out to someone as long as she hasn't opened her Bid Card? I also thought that you can only SB up to Quota. Does that mean Theta was 11 away from Quota? You can't SB up to chapter max size/Total can you? Thanks!
