changes in fraternity affiliations (i.e. mixers) for sororities almost always happen after many many years of proven change in a sorority's status. That's why "rising" sororities (whatever tf that means) still mix with frats worse than them. DG used to be good and that's why better frats still mix with them, like a safety sorority (they'll never say no to phi psi or chi phi b/c soon they'll be out of DG's league). Pretty soon though those frats will quit wanting to mix with DG
