I am considering participating in recruitment in January as a 3rd year. The ISC just extended its deadline to register so I have a little bit of time to decide. How difficult is it to join a chapter as a 3rd year? Does anyone have any tips? I didn't rush 1st or 2nd year and I think it's something I really want to try.
