My chapter also plans ahead for members that go abroad, even estimates how many new members will go abroad. It's not super common for second years to go abroad, even if a couple more than anticipated did it wouldn't make a sorority do informal. Stop making excuses, this is a numbers problem and abroad isn't to blame
