Ok so like half my hs is coming here this fall. And it seems all the '15 and '16 grads from my hs here mostly hang w the same friends from their hometown. I think my high school feeds a lot of the same sorority and fraternity houses. Most of the girls are still dating the boys they literally took to like 10th grade homecoming. No hate, just doesn't seem very "college" ... is UVa sort of just the same high school cliques hanging w each other? Not to sound lame but isn't tough to reinvent yourself and branch out when you might know like 200-500 kids here from your hometown?
