You don't get to choose where you live first year...so don't worry about it. If you don't know anyone in those sororities AT UVA right now probably not. Pi phi maybe. But they're very different than the other three. Seriously like UVA is 30% Greek and being in any sorority that's not bottom is considered prestigious and "good." Don't try and pick a sorority from rankings or this websites.
