I feel like this is the most accurate, modern ranking. There are some big changes from the traditional ranking just because things change with time. Theta will always be near the top, but no one can claim they're above Kappa and Tri Delt when Theta is hated so much. Yes Theta is rich and exclusive, but they've fallen because they're not likable.
