Don't comment if you don't know what you're talking about. Snap bids are about filling the PC for bid day. Sororities may do COBs after because their nationals allow them to take more girls than UVA did on bid day. This has nothing to do with not having a full PC. I don't know if they're doing COBs but their PC being full is irrelevant.
