If I were you I wouldn't base your decision off of their recent PC's at all... It's true that Theta, DG, and APhi all had a rough year but that doesn't say anything about the sororities as a whole! Plus being a legacy shouldn't make you choose a sorority, it should just be there to help you get a bid if it's the one you end up wanting to join!
