I'd say DKE and Chi Phi are a boutique houses also. Other than Bama & Yale you'd be hard pressed another good chapter. Chi Phi is good at UGA but that's about it. KS, SAE, SX, Pike & Phi Psi are the only big nationals with lots of stong chapters in the top ten at UVa
