1: Theta Chi,Getting back 2 straf for fall of 2025, very clique but good guys, great GPA too 2: SAE, Only got 4 guys this semester but still a top house, back on the come up after a rough few years 3: Beta, got only 8 guys last fall but they still have a mansion, partys have been kinda mid this year but still a bunch of good guys 4: Pike, definitely not in the category of the first 3 but have recruited well and have hit or miss partys, still a bunch of good guys definitely not ass clique 5: Lambda, have had smallish recruitment numbers but have good partys and really nice guys. 6: Pi Kapp, newest on campus and have old hockey house. Heard partys have actually been pretty good and decent recruitment numbers 7: ATO, they just built a mansion but can’t throw in it? Idk nice guys tho 8:TKE, Used to be in top 5 but have fallen off, They lost the lodge but still have webs and partys are a little repetive. Still really good guys tho 9: Kapp sig, not a recognized frat but have the lodge, partys are hit or miss. 10: Sig Chi, definitely one of the smaller frats but decently fun, guys are a little weird but not bad 11: Asig, Social probation for years to come losing house, super nice guys tho 12: Sig Nu, dying:( HM: AGR, they’re there own thing lmao
